SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed regarding the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior amount more info of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office focused on service the area daily. The services position established for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it tough to the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to enable the servicing of all clients and enhance use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
